We’re going back in time today ladies and gentlemen…

No… not to the moment when you completely mucked up your first kiss and swore-off human contact for a year after…

Instead… let’s take a few seconds to remember your favorite high-school teacher ever…

Something probably stands out in your mind as you drive through the scenery of memory lane…

You Rarely Missed Class!

Also… You’ve likely gotten decent grades in those subjects your favorite teacher led even though you completely bombed in other classes like I did…

 You see, I hated Biology…

I mean I’d rather electrocute myself with charged barb-wire than memorize the anatomy of some internal organ…

Yet I LOVED my Biology teacher…

 I never skipped his class…

I always did his homework assignments…

I never cracked jokes or screwed around in the back row like I’d usually do in other classes (Yeah, I was one of those kids… but hey, what else can you do when jamming a sharp pencil in your forearm is more fun than Algebra class?)

I ended up with good grades in Biology… even though the subject was up there on the “I never want to see this again in my life” list of topics… right up there with Math (Shoot me!)

 Why is that?

What keeps us coming back to that one teacher… even if we hate the topic?

Was it the wit? The jokes? The hair? The love for the students? The longer breaks? The energy and passion? Or was it simply because… he/she was “cool”?

Likely a combination of all those things…

 But…

There’s one more secret ingredient in the mix you’re probably forgetting…

 This hidden yet powerful force…

Keeps People Coming Back Even If They Hate The Subject!

You see, Trust is the reason you went back to that class time and time again..

When we trust someone… we feel we can be our true selves around them

We never feed judged, afraid, anxious, or inferior with someone we trust.

It’s OK for us to let our guard down and put down the social mask… and that feels F**king awesome.

Plus – and this is the real golden nugget – we always want to come back and learn more things from the same person…

 Why?

Trust is the gateway to loyalty… And Loyalty is the key to repeat business, no matter what the offer on the table.

This is why teachers who students trust usually lead more than one class…

This is why successful biz owners in self-improvement develop authority on more than one subject…

In the self-improvement world in particular… when customers/clients learn and get results from one program or course… they’re going to want to learn more things from you…

You are now the trusted teacher who’s guaranteed to deliver the goods every time!

And it’s precisely why you must build trust with your prospects and buyers…

When your buyers trust you – as a respected and knowledgeable authority they feel an emotional connection to – they become loyal to you.

When they become loyal… you open the portal to top levels of lifetime customer value through repeat business.

Good-Biz 101 tells us it’s much more expensive to get new customers than nurture the ones you already have for repeat business…

In an exploding information age with sky-high daily prospect exposure to media…

The only way to separate your business from the clutter is a solid foundation of loyal repeat buyers...

Loyalty Is The New Needle-Mover For Higher Lifetime Customer Value

As any savvy entrepreneur or biz-owner knows… your lifetime customer value is one of the most (if not the most) important metrics on your list of business “vital signs”.

It separates businesses rockin’ n rollin’ long-term from those fading into the abyss of failure.

 Now…

We’ve established how important buyer trust and loyalty are for lifetime customer value and the success of your self-improvement business for the long-haul…

 So…

What can you do to boost your buyer trust and loyalty?

1. Let your guard down a little bit and connect

Forget the ivory tower Guru life… It’s keeping you emotionally shut-down and distant from your customer list. They feel you’re holding out on them.

Remember… We cannot get enough of people we respect and admire who also don’t take themselves too seriously and are willing to show their human side.

Those teachers in particular become memorable to us…we give them our loyalty.

2. ASK your current customers what else they’d love to learn from you

Why spend so much time, money, and energy going after MORE leads when you’re already sitting on a gold-mine that just needs a little more diggin’ into?

Chances are, your current clients or customers want to learn OTHER things from you…

You’ve already hit a home run for them once…

You kept your promise and changed their lives for the better…

You can do it again by offering another kick-ass solution to one of their many other problems…

Send them a quick, brief, to-the-point survey with 3 or 4 choices of other topics you can teach with authority… and compel them to respond with a discount reward on your next offer when it launches.

This grants you the key to establish authority on more subjects in or around your current area of expertise… and the growth mindset will keep you challenged.

This way, you cast a wider net for more buyers… and you’re taking customer/client loyalty to the next level.

3. Create a way to maintain a relationship with your customer list

Your favorite teacher mixed and mingled with you and the other students…

This builds a safe space for trust to evolve into loyalty…

It’s time you did the same in your business…

Start a FB group, or a forum community, or a weekly “chat”…

Spend some time getting to know your best customers… THEY will tell you how to grow your business just by listening to the conversations and attending to their questions.

When you do this… you also benefit from having a tight-knit interactive community practically nurturing itself for you.

You’re now closer than ever to a loyal tribe of your own.
